Bobby chose the field of architecture after being exposed to building by his carpenter father. Bobby’s 30+ year career began with four years in civil engineering. In 1987 he designed a missionary conference center in West Africa and then spent a year there directing the construction with national labor. Since then, he has volunteered design services to over a dozen foreign mission projects. Bobby lives near Winston-Salem with his wife and six internationally adopted children.
