WEST ANGELES FAMILY LIFE CENTER - BISHOP CHARLES BLAKE
Los Angeles, CA
This project is comprised of three separate buildings plus an adjacent parking deck. Building 1 is the Family Life Center with three floors above a basement, featuring a chapel seating 1,000, banquet hall space, kitchen, fifteen classrooms and a Pastor’s office suite. Building 2 is a two story education building. Building 3 is a one story emporium and cafe.

This regional lifestyle center is designed using northern Italy for its exterior cues. The outdoor promenade features a flowing stream and lush landscaping. Uses represented within the property include hotel, multi-plex cinema, shops, restaurants, upscale bowling, offices, outdoor garden center, pet center and food market. LEED certification will be sought.
