PRELIMINARY DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
How your program is developed:
We work with the Pastor and the church’s vision to develop a facility and campus layout (Master Plan) that will clearly communicate the Building Program’s Design, Uses, and Schedule for completion.
CBA will meet with your church and complete a Standard Program Questionnaire , a Budget Outline, and Preliminary Site Development worksheet for your project.
From the information collected, we will then create a set of Preliminary Drawings that include a Floor Plan and Building Elevation. To get started on the preliminaries we will need a copy of your properties topographic and boundary survey, one of our Project Developers are able to assist with this process.
Design/Build Program Development

Working with your committee.
We work carefully with the building committee leaders developing your Building Program. Our Project Developers will help you tailor a written program to begin the task of coordinating space, facility uses, construction and costs. Master Site Planning

Using a Design Builder greatly reduces the frustrations of having more than one firm manage your Building Program. Design Builders start with the completed project in mind, and use the Budget, Design, and Timeline to manage all the details of the project.

determining mobilization, specific procedures, delivery times, construction staging of facilities, owner impact program requirements, safety programming, and the development of procurements. Making coordination of responsibilites less burdensome on church staff.
- Due Diligence Support: Our Project Developers work with you and your legal/consultant team to walk you through Civil Engineering, Surveying, Soil Testing, and Zoning Analysis.
