The design/build process used by CBA includes the feasibility to construct our proposed design at the design development point. The end of this process ususally results in a document on which a guaranteed maximum price can be established, including a clear definition of what is encompased in the price. Here we can help manage risks by showing you the differing options considered and explain the value of tradeoffs made in bringing the conceptual design to a more practical stage. Our understanding of the choices to be made make us a valuable partner in this stage.
The detailing of the specific manner of construction for the entire building, including structural, mechanical, plumbing, heating, electrical, landscaping, civil, and interior design of feature and select private areas are outlined in the final design stage. We can also provide promotional drawings, 3-D animations, and plans for your marketing efforts and to communicate to your congregation.
